If a full lockdown was to happen where the holiday park had to close not allowing guests to travel, we would offer a change of dates or a refund.

If a local area travel ban was to happen and essential travel only is enforced by law we will again offer a change of dates or a refund on the accommodation cost.

If your local area goes into tier 3 we are able to offer a change of dates. The lead guest will need to live in the tier 3 area with the address/postcode we have recorded on the booking. Currently there is NO enforcement from Haven or the government for a travel ban from a tier 3 area stops you travelling however we are aware the advise is to AVOID travelling unless essential so will accept a change of dates unless a travel ban comes in.

We will no longer be able to accept new bookings /changes to exsisting bookings where extra guests are added onto the booking for over 6 guests in any accommodation unless:

1) They are members of the same household (for example family with over 6 living in the same household (only apply to the 8 berth accommodation).
OR
2)They are part of a household support bubble (such as a single person with family).

Please Note : Guests who choose to cancel their holiday due to reasons of illness /. Awaiting Covid test results and isolation prior to the holiday will need to be aware we can only offer partial refunds at our discretion. That is if we have sufficient evidence to support this and we was able to re book the accommodation with a new family.

The partial refund will be based on rebooking your dates and we may have to take a late sale deal where booking is taken at a much lower price. We recommend you take travel insurance to cover these unfortunate eventualities.

“Here at Lazy Daze HQ you’ll all know we’ve been working round the clock to get all of your vans in ship shape and deep cleaned ready for this years season and has been our busiest start to the year ever!

We thought we would address the current COVID – 19 (or Coronavirus as its commonly known!!) situation as we are sure you will want a bit of reassurance!

So were taking extra precautions and as a result from tomorrow there will be no early check ins allowed for any guests as we are having to be extra vigilant with our cleans so all cleaners without exception will have gloves on and every single handle and light switch in your caravans will be additionally cleaned with anti-bacterial spray alongside remotes for TV’s and DVD,s etc. This is for our health as well as the health of you and your guests.

Were sorry for any inconvenient this might cause your guests, but we hope you’ll understand the extra measures we’re putting in place!
