Primrose Valley Holiday Park is Haven's largest 5-star Caravan Park in East Yorkshire close to the small fishing town of Filey.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park has something to offer everyone. It's positioned on the East Yorkshire coastline with access to the beautiful award-winning Filey beach direct from Primrose Valley park.

Haven's five-star flagship park offers many popular food outlets such as Burger King, Papa Johns pizza & Millies cookies, Cooks fish n chips and restaurants THE FIVE STONES Weather-spoons and the stunning Lakehouse. It also offers many swimming pools including an adventure pool with slides, activities and outdoor pools.

On the park, there are two main complexes to choose from which are positioned at different areas which host daily /evening entertainment, arcades and clubs with a variety of different evening venues to choose from. Also, the holiday park is positioned within a few minutes drive to the picturesque small fishing town of Filey where the coble landing and popular Filey Brigg are a must-visit located just 10 minutes walk down Filey beach from the park. Walk along the natural Filey Brigg to explore but please check tide timetables before.

Scarborough & Bridlington are just a short drive away from Primrose Valley where the popular Alpamare adventure swimming pools, Sealife centres & Peasholm Park attractions can be found. Seafront attractions, donkey rides, arcades and many popular restaurants can all be found at these popular resorts on the East Yorkshire coastline. Flamingo Land zoo is a 40-minute drive and light water valley theme parks are close enough to visit for a day trip out.

There are many sightseeing opportunities and villages to explore such as Robin Hood Bay, Whitby and Flamborough head lighthouse.

Primrose Valley Play passes give you access to the entertainment complex, swimming pools and sports and leisure facilities. Play Passes are required to access all of the Fun Works Play venues, these can be purchased prior to your holiday via the Haven online portal 12 weeks before your stay and after you have paid accommodation in full & registered the information we require to register your arrival on park. It is also possible to purchase your Haven play passes direct at the Primrose Valley resort reception on arrival using a unique code we send you in advance of your stay.

Passes are not required for the following: Lakehouse Restaurant & Bar, JD Weather-spoons Five Stones Bar & restaurant, Outdoor cinema, children's play areas, Funfair, Arcades, Takeaways, Burger King, and many more Activities etc..

Adult is classed as 16+ years
Child is 5-15. Years - Child pass required
Under 4's do NOT require a pass - Infants - (0-4 years go free).

If you do not choose to buy a Play Pass, you will still be able to access: Arcade, Restaurants, Takeaway Food Outlets, Supermarkets, Launderettes, Play Areas, fun fair.

Haven Play Passes are available to purchase on the Haven app after receiving the Haven registration e-mail/ code or at Haven Reception on arrival as all restrictions have finished, however we only offer accommodation not inclusive of Play Passes - 

(STAY ONLY ACCOMODATION) therefore we cannot guarantee availability of Haven Play activities & booking of venues.

Play Passes will allow you the opportunity to book 14 swimming sessions at 4 week before your holiday and Haven activities 12 weeks in advance (subject to availability). And, you will also be able to access the entertainment venues, which do not need to be booked in advance.

Once your holiday is paid in full we will register your arrival with Haven so you can purchase Haven play passes via a unique Haven PV code if required for your holiday.

Warning for Haven Holiday Guests

Haven owners do not get free passes they are allowed to give to private letting guests. If you book a holiday and an owner provides you with passes for your stay, and they are not called Play Passes with you name and holiday duration printed, then they are not Genuine Haven holiday park passes! If you are caught using anything other than Genuine Play pass i.e Day Pass, Wrist Band, Privilege Cards... by Haven Holiday Park Rules these are not allowed to be used by private letting guests and will be confiscated if seen.

We advise you contact haven reception on arrival for an up-to date list of what is and is not included in the Haven PLAY passes as this is constantly changing and we will not be held responsible.

*Height and age restrictions may apply to some activities and facilities at Primrose Valley, some may also incur a moderate charge. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. During busy periods entry to the pool may be restricted for your safety despite advance reservations. To fish in the lake on park you must be a holder of a current rod licence.
