An Overview

This is our family holiday home, we like our comforts and we would like to share them with you!

The Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 38 x 12ft 6 berth Pet Free (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms),is located

on Bay View, one row back from the coastline. This stunning caravan is situated behind the main complex and only a few minutes walk to facilities but in a quiet cul-de-sac right at the front of the park and with views of the coastline. 

This family holiday home has a full wrap around enclosed veranda with comfortable rattan furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the peaceful views of the sea.

The caravan is full gas central heated with double glazed windows and a large open plan lounge/kitchen with two free standing sofas with a 42"smart TV including SKY TV, sound bar and PS4 for DVD Player (please bring your computer games from home.)

The caravan is fitted with USB & USBC charging sockets and WIFI is included, also we include a selection of popular family board games.

The spacious kitchen has a full size integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. In Addition the caravan has a Tassimo coffee machine. Modern dining table and chairs and large kitchen includes all cooking utensils and a hoover.

The master bedroom has a dressing table & vanity area as well as ample wardrobe space and 27 "TV with SKY, USB / USCB sockets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. 
The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom with toilet / wash basin.

The two twin bedrooms both have TVs and wardrobe hanging space. 

The family bathroom has a toilet, wash basin & generous shower cubicle.

Our holiday home at Bay View is our luxury home from home and we ask that you do not smoke/ vape inside the caravan. 
This caravan is Pet free (no pets allowed.)

Primrose Valley

Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship caravan holiday park, so goes out to impress offering something for everyone and great value for money. The park offers non-stop action boasting 4 swimming pools, food outlets which include Papa Johns, Cooks Fish and Chips, Burger King, Slim chicken, Millie's Cookies and has a stunning family friendly lake house restaurant where you can sit down or grab a drink at the bar.

New to Primrose valley is JD Weather spoons - The Five Stones.

Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, with direct beach access, On site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products and a great funfair with a kids rollercoaster and many more rides for the entire family. Around Primrose Valley there is beautiful countryside & coastline to explore and the towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, and historical York.  Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family.  Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be found near the Haven reception.  Also, there is a Park & Ride for both Bridlington and Scarborough about 10 minutes' drive away. If you would like more information about Primrose Valley Holiday Park please click here:

Booking Information;

A £50 Deposit secures your break.

All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security 'clean and care' bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday. 

Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

Rentals are strictly WEEK ONLY-stays: SATURDAY CHECK IN ONLY

At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.

The holiday price includes all water, gas and electricity during your stay (based on fair use basis)

WIFI: We do not charge extra for WIFI in this holiday home therefore we do not guarantee WIFI availability at any point during your stay. 
 

Haven Play Passes are available to purchase at Haven Reception on arrival as all restrictions have finished, however we only offer accommodation therefore we cannot guarantee availability of Haven Play activities & booking of venues. The show bar clubs are now available without advance reservation.
