This elegant, luxurious Platinum Plus signature holiday home is situated in position 'A' Sea Birds on Primrose Valley holiday park near Filey. The home is situated 25 metres from the pathway down to the award winning Filey beach, where you can walk into Filey in 30 minutes. If you'd rather sit relaxing on the large wrap-around deck, you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea & coastline.
With an indulgent living area the double patio doors lead into a spacious open plan lounge/diner, with 2 free-standing sofa's where you can sit and take in the sea views, one which converts easily to a comfortable double sofa bed. The living room has a 49 inch smart TV, & WIFI and a quality sound bar. Bring your Netflix password as this is not included!

All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security 'clean and care' bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday.
Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

Freshly laundered bedding will be supplied for all beds made on arrival at a one off cost. This is a signature lodge so some hand towel / bath mats are included in this cost however personal bath towels are not supplied. We recommend packing of towels!
At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
