An Overview
This fabulous 2019 Abi Horizon 36x12ft very modern, 6 berth (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) caravan boasts a spacious living area with 43"Smart TV / Netflix and a stunning light up electric fire with changeable effects to set the mood for a cosy environment! In the living room there is also dedicated holiday home WiFi for all the family. With a fully fitted kitchen with everything to cook a full meal or make a quick snack including a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich maker and more. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious with bedside cabinets and wardrobe/cupboard hanging space. Separate family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and wash basin and a separate WC room with sink. The caravan is ideally situated on the Pine Ridge area, very close to the main complex within a short few minutes walk, with parking close by and calm surroundings. Relax outside on the New 12ft x 8ft gated veranda which includes decking furniture & you can even hear the waves crash from the sea. This caravan is pet friendly however only ONE small pet allowed under arrangement and none smoking.

The park offers non-stop action boasting 4 swimming pools, food outlets which include Papa Johns, Cooks Fish and Chips, Burger King, Slim chicken, Millie's Cookies and has a stunning family friendly lake house restaurant where you can sit down or grab a drink at the bar.
New to Primrose valley is JD Weather spoons - The Five Stones.
Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, with direct beach access, On site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products and a great funfair with a kids rollercoaster and many more rides for the entire family. Around Primrose Valley there is beautiful countryside & coastline to explore and the towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, and historical York. Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family. Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be found near the Haven reception.
