An Overview

For hire at Primrose Valley is this 38 x 12ft Spacious and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 6 berth which is a fully double glazed and gas central heated holiday home. Located on Eskdale, just a ten minutes’ walk to the new Lake house complex which includes restaurants, boating lake, fun fair, children play area and other activities. This stunning holiday home is ideally located for those who want to have quiet relaxing time with easy access to the beach path walk towards the sea birds location on park.

The Swift Bordeaux is a gorgeous holiday home with a large wrap around gated decking, located at Eskdale and close to two other caravans (next door but one)- ideal for large families needing more than one caravan. This caravan benefits from spacious grounds surrounding the caravan, outdoor super comfy furniture and its own private parking bay in front of the caravan.

The spacious living area has a 39 inch smart TV, comfy free standing sofas and a gas fireplace. The caravan has a open plan kitchen with gas oven and integrated fridge/freezer. With a large master bedroom - (with room for a cot) and TV. plus large dressing area and ensuite toilet room this caravan is ideal. There is also two further bedrooms with single beds and plenty of storage. The Bordeaux is a  luxury caravan which also includes two bathrooms both with WC and wash basin and with a large walk in shower in one. Free dedicated WIFI throughout the holiday home. Please be advised only 6 guests maximum this includes a baby in a travel cot. This is a Pet friendly holiday home which will accept small pets under arrangement and is also none Smoking.

Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, with direct beach access, On site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products and a great funfair with a kids rollercoaster and many more rides for the entire family. Booking Information;

A £50 Deposit secures your break.

All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security 'clean and care' bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday. 

Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

Rentals are:

Monday - Friday (4 nights)

Friday - Monday (3 nights)

Monday - Monday (7 nights)

Friday - Friday (7 nights)

we accept ( 10 & 14 nights) 

Saturday check in during Summer holidays  ( July / August ) - 7 nights only.

Occasionally we can accept Saturday arrivals (7 nights) Please check prior to booking. 

At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.

The holiday price includes all water, gas and electricity during your stay (based on fair use basis)

WIFI: We do not charge extra for WIFI in this holiday home therefore we do not guarantee WIFI availability at any point during your stay. 
 

Haven Play Passes are available to purchase at Haven Reception on arrival as all restrictions have finished, however we only offer accommodation therefore we cannot guarantee availability of Haven Play activities & booking of venues. The show bar clubs are now available without advance reservation. Update - you can now choose to buy your haven passes in advance on

the Haven app & reserve swimming / activities in advance.
