An Overview
New to coast2coast is this 14' x 42' Luxury signature holiday home providing top of the range high spec accommodation with stunning front row sea views from inside and on the deck.
It is perfect for couples and family’s and comfortably sleeps 6 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
This is a 2024 Abi Ambleside Premier, Luxury Platinum Plus signature holiday home that is situated in position 'A' on Primrose Valley holiday park near Filey. It is 26 metres from the pathway down to the award winning Filey beach, where you can walk into Filey in 30 minutes. Stunningly quiet if you would rather sit relaxing on the large wrap-around deck, you can enjoy magnificent views of the sunset and of the bay.
Double patio sliding doors lead into a spacious open plan lounge/diner, with 2 free-standing sofa's where you can sit and take in the sea views, There's a 50 inch smart TV, DVD player / WIFI and a quality sound bar. Bring your Netflix password as this is not included!
In addition you will find a built in bluetooth sound system to play your favourite tunes!
The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is fully equipped with all that you'll require in terms of crockery, pots, pans, toaster, as well as appliances that include a wide 5-ring hob, built in oven and grill, built in microwave and full size integrated fridge / freezer. There's a one and half bowl sink under the window, giving views of the sea, as well as a full-size dishwasher and washing machine.
The doorway leads to a large entrance hall, with a tall cupboard housing the combination boiler and alarm, in addition. Stunning family bathroom with a powerful shower, WC and basin. The master double bedroom suite has a comfortable double size bed, dressing table, smart TV in both bedrooms, large wardrobe - dressing area and an en-suite bathroom, with a second powerful shower, WC and basin.
The second & third bedrooms have full size single beds with storage underneath, wardrobe, a dressing table and both have TV.

Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, with direct beach access, On site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products and a great funfair with a kids rollercoaster and many more rides for the entire family. Around Primrose Valley there is beautiful countryside & coastline to explore and the towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, and historical York. Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family. Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be found near the Haven reception. A £50 Deposit secures your break.
All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security 'clean and care' bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday.
Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

Freshly laundered bedding will be supplied for all beds made on arrival at a small one off cost. This is a signature lodge so some hand towel / bath mats are included in this cost however personal bath towels are not supplied. We recommend packing of towels!
At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
