An Overview

The 38x12ft Prestige graded Bordeaux 8 berth Pet Free (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) static caravan, located on the new Pine Ridge area of the Primrose Valley Resort, ideally situated 3 rows back from the coast line with partial Sea views. Just a short walk (350 yards) to all main attractions, complexes and a few minutes walk to the children's play park yet it is still private and has tranquil surroundings. It has a massive wrap around enclosed veranda and rattan furniture straight through the double patio French doors with beautiful sea views, private parking bay to the front. The caravan is fitted with full gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout and has a spacious living area with modern free standing sofas and a separate dining table with chairs. In the kitchen there is a washing/dryer and a integrated fridge freezer, all cooking utensils and in addition a slow cooker, sandwich toaster and George Forman. In the master bedroom there is wardrobes, an en-suite with toilet/wash basin and a dressing table with an extendable light-up mirror. Separate family bathroom with walk in shower and WC.

WIFI is available throughout the holiday home as well as a toy box for younger children and a PS3 games console in the living room for the whole family. There is also Sky HD Tv in the living room (if you have a sky card) and a master bedroom TV. This caravan is pet free and no smoking.

The wife and just said WOW!

When we opened the door and stepped in we just felt at home. The furniture and the decor were very welcoming and comfortable settees. The contents of the caravan were surprising, there were books for all ages in the bedrooms. The bed was really comfy, we both slept very well. There was a large modern tv, adecent hairdryer not a cheap supermarket one, a vaccum cleaner, coat hangers in the spacious wardrobes oh and an en suite toilet. The two twin single rooms also had books, ironing board,hangers and spare bedding. All 3 bedrooms had lots of cupboard space and toys for children. The kitchen had everything you need to make any kind of meal lots of pans, oven trays, pizza trays, lots of sharp klves, cuttlery, cups, plates, just incredible level of utensils. The lounge(with partial sea view) has a radio/cd player with many cd's of different genres a large TV with a sky box connected (bring your own skycard), the sound bar makes such a difference to viewing enjoyment, the cd player is superb and so are the library of cd's for all tastes and hidden behind the TV is the PS3 with 2 memory sticks and again a library of games. Outside there is decking halfway down the side with the entrance door which carried on to the end of the caravan where there were patio doors leading from the lounge onto the generous deck area with a nice outdoor seating with a parasol and cushions for the chairs all in a garden storage box. In the 2nd garden box are a range of children's outdoor toys. The outdoor lighting is the posts on the decking posts that turn themselves on at dusk. A car parking stand is provided. Forgot there is also a child's play tent in one of the twin rooms. I think anyone would agree a great place to stay as the owners have thought of everything even inclement weather, they have my respect. Thank you to all involved in making our holiday so enjoyable.

Primrose Valley, great place to stay

This is the 3rd year on the run we have stayed at Primrose Valley, and each time we have booked through Coast2coast caravans, who have always made the process easy, their customer service has always been spot on. The caravan we have stayed in has lived up to our expectations, and the Park itself is clean and has lots to offer, me and my family love it.

Filey stay

We had a long weekend in Filey, stayingin a Coast2coast managed caravan. Caravan was lovely & clean, big decking, good parking space. Although we didn't use the ample kitchen appliances ( we ate out) it was a very well-eqipped van! Shower was fantastic, as was the central heating. Complimentary bottle of wine too. Nichola (agent) was so very helpfull, and was very prompt with replies to texts. Cannot fault in any way!

Fab Holiday!

We have just returned from a wonderful week away at primrose valley, anyone unsure whether to book this break then do it, you won’t be disappointed. The caravan is located in a fab area of the park, quiet with very little footfall past with gorgeous sea views and super close to entertainment/swimming/food outlets at the main part of the park. Comfortable beds and living facilities inside the caravan are super clean, modern and well kept with a homely feel. This was our first break away as a family of 4, our daughter being 4 months old and it was exactly what we wanted and more. Thank you so much, this is our second visit to primrose valley and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with yourselves again, thank you :)

Beautiful and my husband and daughter slept like a log

The caravan was beautiful and had all the essentials and more if you wanted to cook, the view was amazing and my daughter absolutely loved the toy box especially the balls as she loves balls, My husband normally has problems sleeping on holiday but he slept really well the mattress was so comfy and my dad said his bed was comfy too also my daughter slept really well and was only a couple minutes walk to the facilities which was beneficial has my hubby has breathing problems so was very handy I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Lovely break away

Thank you to Coast 2 Coast for a really lovely break away for both mine and my partners birthdays. We even got a birthday gift, which was such a lovely surprise so thank you. Brilliant holiday

The whole process of booking our holiday from beginning to end was so easy, the communication was excellent as well. FAMILY HOLIDAY

Booked this as a late addition to other caravan already booked. As always with Nichola she is brilliant. Got their early and as caravan was already cleaned we got in. Caravan was lovely and clean. Filey Holiday

This is our 2nd visit to primrose valley in the same caravan. Booking through Nichola makes life so much easier. She’s always on hand to help when needed and nothing is too much trouble. Short break away

From booking to leaving the customer service was excellent. I had a few questions and also couldn’t figure out how to do some things like change car registration. Throughout it all Nichola was wonderful and very helpful. The accommodation was homely, clean and had everything we needed. Beds a little firm but everyone is different and you can’t accommodate everyone’s preference. One of the kids left their phone and this is being sent on to us. The caravan is very close to all the amenities but not that close that you get any noise. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to return.

Sea view

Great holiday

Sea view caravan

This is the second time we have book this caravan it is in a great location and lovely sea views and nearby to the complex.it as all the things we need for the holiday also sky TV but you need your card 3 bed rooms decking out side for kids.planty of room. We love this caravan as we went straight to it.no waiting at heaven reception after a long drive. Manager Nichola is so nice she keeps you up to date form day one it the end of your holiday.always there to help.And a big thanks to the Edwards for let us hire the caravan not for getting a bottle of wine left for us thankyou. A-maze-ing

We stayed in this 8berth caravan just last week and booked via Nichola...amazing service start to finish. Very welcoming even got a lovely bottle of wine on arrival. 🥂 Caravan is in a fabulous spot really central to the beach, main centre and just a short walk to the lake side too. Spot on!! Immaculate caravan and deco was lovely, felt like home from home. Everyone felt the same. Caravan was clean, tidy and very warmly. Definitely have recommended it even friends have commented on my pics on Facebook already on the caravan what I've shared so prepare for bookings hopefully for next summer! Would definitely return. Great caravan, very well equipped

We all had a brilliant holiday and I can’t praise Nicola Rodgers highly enough. She made all the difference to the smooth running of booking and keeping in touch. She was very approachable, sorted out a few problems eg the caravan TV. She was always willing to take calls from me which made all the difference. The park at Haven was clean and well run although I would be very reluctant to pay for the passes again. I thought they were very expensive for the activities we used. It would be much better if Haven could do a pay as you go.

Lovely quiet break

Booked through Nichola for a week at Primrose Valley. The van was clean and tidy, and was everything we wanted, on entry we were welcomed with a few goodies, thank you. The van is on a quiet section of the park, but near to the main complex. There was Sky TV box (card needed), Playstation, books etc. which would have been nice if we hadn't had such glorious weather in March. Nichola kept us updated at each stage and booking was easy and simple. Would recommend staying here and booking through Nichola. The site itself is great, have been going to Primrose for many years and love it, access to beach, arcades, eateries etc.

Amazing

The best holiday we had in primrose valley thanks to the the private caravan we had hired it had every thing we needed truly a home form home with great sea views and decking and sky tv and 5 mins walk to all the shops and bars on site. but yet on a quit

Let me start by saying thankyou for the use of your caravan. We had a wonderful time the caravan was like home form home it is 3 rows back and you can see the sea form the bay windows.it is 5 min walk to the marsh and barrel and shops and the sea front and less then 10 mins to lake house. But yet in a quite place and surrounding area. the caravan was all we could ask for with all round decking tables and chairs for you to sit outside and enjoy the sea view while have a drink. it also as sky tv to keep you entertained on the evenings. a washing machine 3 bed rooms and kids play station if you do not want to go to the club. we where very happy form day one as it makes a lot difference to your stay if you have the right accommodation. we have rented form haven may times and they have always let us down with the caravans and locations and have spent a lot of time standing in reception saying we are not happy with the caravan. so we started to go private. because the last thing you want after along drive i

VERY ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY

Booked certain caravan for sea-view, didn't disappoint, first couple of days the bushes were a bit over grown but got sorted pretty quick , even came to check they had been done, very pleasant to deal with. Absolutely beautiful sitting out at night , was in a pretty quite area as well. Family break

Wanted to try a different Haven Site and came across Coast2Coast for Primrose Valley, Yorkshire. Enquired and Company owner responded quickly answering my queries before booking. Checked straight into caravan so no queuing, lovely caravan real home from home with very well equipped kitchen and lots of nick nacks to give it a homely feel. Beds comfortable, and a spacious veranda with beautiful wicker table, chairs and parasol. ( it would have been a sea view once the site gardeners cut the hedges! Location wise was Ideal, about 10 mins to sports courts/ fayre and 5 to shop and amenities. On route was a bench to sit and look down onto the stunning beach, the direct beach path being close by. Parking space to side of caravan always a plus and I liked how there was good separation between each holiday home. Clean homely caravan on good pitch

Really lovely stay. Caravan was homely and clean. Good pitch which gets the afternoon sun on the decking. Slight sea view which was lovely. Beds a little uncomfortable, with springs visible especially in the kids rooms. Entertainment pass was extortionate price for the bank holiday weekend (£27 per adult, £14 per child) considering only the pool was open and included.

Really good

We had a fabulous stay - the caravan was the best we have stayed in - all home comforts. Primrose Valley site is a great location for the beautiful beach of Filey and for visiting Bridlington or Scarborough. The booking process was straight forward and helpful every step of the way with Nichola answering any questions. I feel Haven could have made allowances and reduced their peak time passes as swimming was the only facility open.
