This luxury holiday home is situated on Ash Grove, which is in a cul-de-sac set in a nice, quiet area of the park. Ideally situated, it’s just a 2 minute walk from the children's play area, and a 5 minute walk from both of the Park’s complexes. The beach access is also a short walk away.

Our luxurious holiday home offers patio doors from the lounge onto the wraparound veranda. Within the lounge you will find an electric fire, a 43" Smart TV with Netflix, with its own Independent Wi-Fi (subject to network coverage).

We have blinds throughout the home for your comfort needs, along with Bluetooth speakers and all sockets with USB ports.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, slow cooker, grill, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods not supplied), an air fryer, microwave and cooker.

The caravan will comfortably sleep 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. 
The Master bedroom- has an en-suite, double bed, dressing table with seating area, double wardrobe with storage space and a wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 1; DOUBLE  - 

Has a double bed, wardrobes with storage space, and a wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 2;

Has two single beds, wardrobe and storage space.

All 3 bedrooms have blackout blinds.

Outside we have full wraparound veranda with seating area, along with a large grassed area with picnic bench.

A hairdryer, iron/ironing board, hoover, mop and bucket are all supplied within in the holiday home.

This is a PET FREE HOME - we do not allow any pets to enter the holiday home.

The holiday price includes all water, gas and electricity during your stay (based on fair use basis)

Information;

Passes are NOT included in our rental cost - you are purchasing the hire of our holiday home only. However, these can be purchased from Reception or in advance via Haven direct if required.

We only supply the self-catering accommodation and are not responsible for any of the facilities Haven offer or entertainment passes.

Primrose Valley

Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship caravan holiday park, so goes out to impress offering something for everyone and great value for money. Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, with direct beach access, On site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products and a great funfair with a kids rollercoaster and many more rides for the entire family. A £50 Deposit secures your break.

All bookings will require an additional £50 security 'clean and care' bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday. 

Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.

Freshly laundered bedding will be supplied for all beds made on arrival at a one off cost.

The show bar clubs are now available without advance reservation. Update - you can now choose to buy your haven passes in advance on 

the Haven app & reserve swimming / activities in advance.
